I'm in the same boat, bought some impact sockets from harbor freight and I have some craftsman deep sock ones i got from sears years ago. These would be nice as they come in a case and look better. I would have pulled the trigger on these if it had came with a low profile impact set.

I just purchased the milwaukee 1/2" impact wrench 296720 $180 plus tax with the $400 off 1000 promo hack. Recently working on changing brakes and rotors and the 3/8" impact wrench I have is only 250lb tq didnt take one bolt off. Picked up an 18" breaker at harbor freight. Now Im wanting to pick up the 1/2" impact wrench and some sockets for minimal car work etc

Each one of those items is on clearance but YMMV. The 43 piece is $50 and the 1/2" set is $80.
Not a ton of savings so probably not worth a hunt around town but might be worth a stop at your local HD to check.

Bought one also. I've been looking for an extra set of sockets for my RV. Even the cheap Harbor Freight sets were around $100. Can't beat 2 sets for $150.
