You can get A2000 for around $20-030 more if you can wait for them to go on sale...highly recommended over this.

Good to know. I usually don't spend more than $100 on a glove but I came across this in a store and it didn't feel so stiff for a new glove. Do you know any pros of the A2000 over A1000?

A1000 is a high end youth glove with smaller hand stalls purpose build for a preteen sized hand and not as stiff or heavy as an A2000. These are purpose build for 9-12 year old serious players. A2000 is recommended for 13 and up, the A2000 is a fantastic glove but it is built for teens and adults and putting it on a young kid is going to hurt them more than help them. Also this price is nothing special check out justballgloves site and you will see these routinely on sale.
