can i do multiple on one account?
Quote from np1050 :
Apple has credit of $235 or $250 if you purchase a phone. We did this last time with the iPhone 12 deal. This one is much better, tempted to give it another go. But be warned there's a limit per address. I was able to reliably get 3 phones per address.
3 phones limit with metro?

i just did 1 visible , then ported 1 to metro. trying to do more.
can i do it in the same account, or new login? whats the limit?

based on other metro threads, it's possible these might still unlock in 6 months.

Bummer. I ordered one iPhone 13 before the price drop and I also got in on the tablet deal. When I tried to get another iPhone 13, it tells me my account is not eligible to add a line. Is there a workaround on this issue?
You're in the same bind many of us find ourselves in. If your tablet isn't activated, you may just need to activate it. If that doesn't fix, you can call Metro and see if there's a port request that is stuck, which may be your problem (ask to be transferred to the port-in dept to address this). You'll have to wait 4-24 hrs for it to clear, after they clear the request. If that doesn't solve the problem, you may be stuck without options. I've had both of these things happen to me. Their system is weird, and inconsistent. But you can try signing up for new accts, under the same name/address/credit card, or partly or entirely different. It's all very unpredictable.

FYI, their customer service is weird. there are 5-10 different numbers you can possibly call. And each rep will answer something different to the same question, even within the same dept/phone number. Take pretty much everything they say with a grain of salt - they all say different things and they can't all be right.

That said, good luck....

Either. The official limit is 5 devices, but many people get stuck at 3 devices, or even just 1. You can try signing up for a new acct. Changing name, address, or credit card may fix also, with additional lines and new accounts. Good luck...

I should be clearer. I already ported two numbers from Visible. I need a third. My older phones aren't compatible on Visible's network. Unless I am doing something wrong or not seeing something, Visible requires an actual phone before a line can be purchased. I just need a number and pin to port.
