The GV will initially show ok but then not go through.
People have been using $5 Visible lines ($25 - $20 referral code for first month).

Yes, it will show Verizon. You need phone number, account number, port-out PIN and ZIP. Text FOUR to 611611 and the four digits should match the last four of your phone IMEI/Account number (15-digit). The ZIP code is the one you entered when you activated the phone (for a new number, or you can check it by logging into your account on a browser). Text NTP when you're ready to buy iP13/port-out to get your 4-digit PIN.

Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can buy through Metro again? I bought a similar deal last fall (for the iPhone 12), then just didn't renew the monthly plan.

EDIT: I guess Metro doesn't have much of a time limit between when letting your account expire and placing new orders because I just placed an order for this ip13 and it's only been about 3-4 months since I let my previous metro plan expire. Also, I placed the order just minutes after creating a visible account and porting that new visible number over to metro.

Call Metro, they'll try to port the line for you manually by talking to a TF port agent. However if you tried porting 4 times already, they'll block the port for 24 hrs and call you back. This happened to me and seems like this is recurring on Tracfone brand lines porting to Metro (Tracfone, StraightTalk, Total).

Activated a Visible Wireless account with $25 plan (Searched Reddit for referral code for $20 off), set up that account using an extra phone I have using the eSIM option. Followed the steps on Visible to activate device, that took about 10 minutes to do. On the activated device using the Visible app, go to account on the bottom right of the screen, you'll see your account number and a link that says "Generate Port Out PIN".. you'll get a Port Out PIN via email in a few minutes.

I did this twice, using different email addresses.. Both orders confirmed and free 2 day shipping.
