People have been using $5 Visible lines ($25 - $20 referral code for first month).
EDIT: I guess Metro doesn't have much of a time limit between when letting your account expire and placing new orders because I just placed an order for this ip13 and it's only been about 3-4 months since I let my previous metro plan expire. Also, I placed the order just minutes after creating a visible account and porting that new visible number over to metro.

After that, click the link on this post to go to the Metro deal, select "Brink Your Own Number", enter your new Visible Wireless number, continue to next page and be sure to select the $70 plan, fill out the required info, when asked be sure to type in the Visible Wireless account number, and Port Out PIN you get via email, Metro will verify the info, pay up.. And that's it.
I did this twice, using different email addresses.. Both orders confirmed and free 2 day shipping.
