People have been using $5 Visible lines ($25 - $20 referral code for first month).
EDIT: I guess Metro doesn't have much of a time limit between when letting your account expire and placing new orders because I just placed an order for this ip13 and it's only been about 3-4 months since I let my previous metro plan expire. Also, I placed the order just minutes after creating a visible account and porting that new visible number over to metro.

The system first got stuck on the number transfer screen, it said it was pending and then it eventually failed.
I was trying to port from Total Wireless to Metro. I have verified that the Account number and PIN are all correct.
