People have been using $5 Visible lines ($25 - $20 referral code for first month).
EDIT: I guess Metro doesn't have much of a time limit between when letting your account expire and placing new orders because I just placed an order for this ip13 and it's only been about 3-4 months since I let my previous metro plan expire. Also, I placed the order just minutes after creating a visible account and porting that new visible number over to metro.

Back in stock!
Looks like the iPhone 13 promo is back in stock online!
Just placed my order noting "2ND FL" on the additional address line, new email, and new CC details.
Used $5 Visible port-in line (after referral invite).
I'll try to trade in for $235+ Apple Store gift card.
Thanks, OP!

A few months ago, I bought an iPhone 13 for $99.99, plus the $75 plan, from Metro. There was sales tax charged on the cost of the phone. ETA: Sales tax on phones, I imagine, varies by state. But, either way, this deal that this thread is about is for a free phone.
