The GV will initially show ok but then not go through.
People have been using $5 Visible lines ($25 - $20 referral code for first month).
Yes, it will show Verizon. You need phone number, account number, port-out PIN and ZIP. Text FOUR to 611611 and the four digits should match the last four of your phone IMEI/Account number (15-digit). The ZIP code is the one you entered when you activated the phone (for a new number, or you can check it by logging into your account on a browser). Text NTP when you're ready to buy iP13/port-out to get your 4-digit PIN.
Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can buy through Metro again? I bought a similar deal last fall (for the iPhone 12), then just didn't renew the monthly plan.

EDIT: I guess Metro doesn't have much of a time limit between when letting your account expire and placing new orders because I just placed an order for this ip13 and it's only been about 3-4 months since I let my previous metro plan expire. Also, I placed the order just minutes after creating a visible account and porting that new visible number over to metro.

I have an iPhone 6s as my spare phone, but it isn't eSIM capable. Would I not be able to activate the visible number until I receive a physical sim?

I placed my order Thursday and I haven't gotten any "received your order" confirmation email at all. Credit card charge still shows pending. I wasn't expecting this screw-up so I didn't bother note down an order number (if there was one). Now I don't know what to do. Meanwhile the Visible account I signed up for keeps counting down...

You can pay for 1 month only, but you have to wait a year before it unlocks. Chances are there will be multiple iPhone 13 deals for less over the next 3 to 12 months that will let you unlock in 60 days.

I guess I'm 2/3 of the way to that phone unlocking so might as well keep the iPhone 13.
Maybe the warehouse is closed today to observe the President's Day.

The iPhone 13 series in the US is the last version with a pSIM slot, which can be handy if you travel to places where eSIM support is still limited.

When you see that page, you should see a back arrow on the upper left hand corner of the page, (not the back arrow of your browser). Click on that arrow. It will take you to the page where it asks for your porting information (account number and pin), then proceed to payment and checkout pages.

I just added a new Spectrum line, and the phone is paid off. I tried to port this line to Metro with the correct account number and transfer PIN. However, I received an error at the last step: 'Sorry to keep you waiting. Your number transfer cannot be completed at this time. You must cancel your transfer to continue.' Even though I got a 'Transfer Completed' email from Spectrum.
