If you're looking for a mattress, here's a deal on a Saatva. If you go directly to their site, it's $300 off. If you go through wirecutter and use the included link it's $850 off which is lower than the black friday deal of ~$2100. They do have good customer service if you have to send it back so I'm rolling the dice.

I got the Saatva Classic Luxury Firm 14.5" for $17,045 + tax (~$80)

You think this will be the best deal? Usually Presidents' Day is the best time to purchase a mattress? Does anyone own one of these?

I own one. I've had it for 2 years and paid this price. The queen mattress in plush soft is comfortable, but it is slightly on the larger side, so standard sheets are a tight fit. I probably would not buy again for this reason.

Some people may be grossed out by this prospect. But if you live in a major metro, it is likely your city has warehouses full of customer return beds in a box. Legally they have to be deep cleaned/steamed/etc before resale.

We got some fancy version of a bed in a box that "retailed" for 3 grand on the website for 500 bucks delivered, and it looked and performed as new.

The margin on these dropshipped beds is enormous. If you can try out something you like and find it on CL youll save 2k.
