As with all Tello deals, this can be combined with a referral to get $10 Tello dollars to use in the future. And if you don't really need 35GB, you can downgrade after month three. Tello makes it easy to change each month, so you don't have to pay for more than you need. And while it doesn't work for this plan, if you have a fixed amount of data/minutes, you can rollover unused units by manually renewing a day before the autopay.

!!!Warning!!!: They operate on a 30-day billing cycle (28 days in February), effectively shortening the billing period and costing you an extra month every four years. Over time, they steal 5–7 extra days from you per year. I'd recommend considering an alternative.

Yes, the unlimited flex plan is 10gb high speed then throttled. On the plus side, US mobile's throttle speed is 1mbps, one of the fastest out there. So you can still stream 480p, music and browse the web, unlike the usual 128k-256k throttles.

I think it's hilarious that this person complained about paying an extra month over four years. $25/48 months is less than 50¢ per month extra compared to more expensive plans.

This is true on the 15GB plan, but Tello caps the hotspot on the unlimited plan to only 5GB. If someone needs primarily hotspot data, it would make more sense to do the 15GB plan and just renew early when it runs out. And if you don't need minutes, the 15GB plan is $20.

I need some help from those with experience with these phone plans. My mom is currently on Metro but she's paying $55 per month. She only needs data because the cell signal in her apartment is bad so wifi calling helps plus she text family and friends overseas.

I was looking at Mint for the year. I have no experience with these plans but $55 per month is insane for a senior on a fixed income.
