Tax kills the deal. It is on sale everywhere for 269.99 and there are many places that don't charge tax. Think I would feel comfortable spending the extra $9 for me to get a new one that isn't b stock.

I believe they are saying the price difference with tax, brings you up to the new price unit. So why buy B-stock for a negligible savings. They are not saying they bought it without tax or you can either.
