Unfortunately t mobile charges $30 extra on phones (apple sells ip16 for 800 and t mobile for 830.
T mobile also asked for $35 connection charge.
This extra $65 surcharge makes it less appealing ☹️

Yes I meant they are not Costco/Sam's employees. I know they are respective service providers ATT or TMobile but not sure they are corporate employees or a different arrangement
Net-net you can exchange device on trade-in then and there when you get the new phone just like in any TMobile or ATT corporate stores.
I'm on simple choice and think this is a pretty decent deal especially when you normally don't get much value for trade in. I have a 6s that still runs fine other than being a 6s. It's worth $250 trade in during this promo while worth $0 any other time. Going to pull the trigger but figure out where to do so later. The ultimate savings for not going with the higher tier is great but just have to accept that you'll never get any great offers for phone upgrades. I'd say this is pretty good. I know that there have been better offers in the past but those probably won't roll around again.
Also, when I tried to check out online, I didn't see the $500 applied for bill credits. Only $210 for my iPhone 13 Pro.
I'll probably ask T-Force soon.
