Unfortunately t mobile charges $30 extra on phones (apple sells ip16 for 800 and t mobile for 830.
T mobile also asked for $35 connection charge.
This extra $65 surcharge makes it less appealing ☹️

They have to order them for you for delivery. Nothing is stocked in store. That is the change from when it was a Costco/Sams club store to now a t-mobile store in a store (as they call it). For the trade in, you can mail it in, or drop it off at a t-mobile corporate store.
Didn't get any deals for ONE for at least 2 years (if not 3). Best Buy was the last to have deals for One

So let's say we did a promotion from Costco by upgrading previously. I did the Moto edge promotion last year and received a $75 Costco card (4x)
If we upgrade those same lines, will this invalidate the $100 Costco cash card for this upgrade to the 16 series?
