Great price but I will pass since it uses a power brick, has very slow charging, and does not support UPS mode. It is a good deal if those things are not important to you.

Currently using this as a backup power source for my pellet stove. As stated it does use a power brick and charges on the slower side but for this price it may be worth getting a second unit. Yes this is a lifepo4 unit.

How long does this last for your pellet stove? I have been thinking about doing this for my house.

Man, what a questionable design choice to use a barrel plug to recharge this via AC...

I have two of these that I use to help power my off grid cabin. They work great, especially when using low wattage ac (compared to bigger units). The only issues are the chargers are finicky and customer service is abysmal. My charger melted into the unit and almost caught fire because the internal receptor came loose. It took 9 months and lawyers papers to get Bluetti to honor their warranty replacement.

We typically have the furnace thermostat set to 65 and the stove to 72. The bluetti will allow the stove to run from start to finish for about 4-5 cycles. We typically use 2 cycles in the evenings before bed time.

Which legal service did you use to get the paper written? THANK YOU

Pardon my ignorance. I am new to this technology. What do you mean by power brick? DO you mean it needs a separate battery?

Power brick like a laptop charger power brick.

Most of these just have a single plug you plug in to the unit. Within the unit is a AC to DC converter.

These have to have a separate AC/DC converter in the form of a "power brick" like a laptop charger where the cable has a giant brick shaped chunk of plastic on it and then you just plug in a tiny DC barrel jack to the unit.

Downside is you have a separate chunky brick charger you always need to use it instead of a generic C13 style plug. If you ever forget your charging cable you're boned.

looks like it has pd, usually you can charge the battery via pd. does anyone know if you can do this rather than barrel connector for ac charging?

I have one of these, I had very good luck using it to recharge 2 cordless 5 ah cordless tool batteries at the same time one day several times because two springs on my lowboy trailer broke and it took me about 10 hours to fix it so I had to use my tools a lot that day. I haven't tried it at home for a power outage yet because I have only owned it a few months. Sure glad I had it with me that day or I would of never got my trailer fixed. The batteries I charged were Milwaukee and Makita 5 amp. The Bluetti only went down two bars that day.

The USB-C ports appear to be output only.

If you want this feature, Anker is the way to go. They even support fast charging from two power sources simultaneously.

Just curious , for all those that have one of these already
Why not buy a 100ah battery and a 1000w-2000w inverter?
For the second or additional battery system?

These units are self-contained and covered under a single warranty.

You can assemble piecemeal and get close to the same end result, but it's never going to be as compact and each part will have a different warranty or no warranty at all.

Also, unless you go really skimpy on the LiFePO4 battery, it's really hard to beat this price.
