Just went "back to the office" and it sucks - We have this one lady that EVERYONE is already sick and tired of hearing talk, talk, talk - ALL day long - with an annoying laugh to boot. I need some noise cancelling headphones - I've never worn them before. Before I go checking out the wire cutter and other sites, is there generally one brand that stands out for "noise cancelling" and can this cause issues with hearing (from I guess pressures that I've read about)?? I normally have tinnitus, so is that something that will be magnified with these on? TIA from a newbie to the world of "Noise Cancelling Headphones"

Can't really help because I don't have tinnitus but I wear this most of the day at the office. I also have a loud lady an aisle away and this drowned her out. The nc on sony headphones are pretty high up there. Only downside about this headphone is the way the headphone rotates. It's the opposite way from every headset I have owned.

As someone with tinnitus, the ringing is not magnified since outside sound is only amplified and ringing stays constant in "your head".

AirPods pro 2 should be sufficient for NC and will be more discreet for the office
