That appears to be the regular price. Post Halloween, I bought several bags of these dirt cheap (80% off) at Walgreen's. You're paying extra for the packaging when you buy this! The bags are cheaper (even when not on sale).

not if you are right next door & can walkover! Not really a 'slickdeal' as you also get 60 there instead of 50 for the $12.99
