Has the standard Nano USB receiver so no multiple connections.
Worth it for 10 bucks.

I'm also not sure what you mean by multiple connections. This mouse isn't compatible with the unifying receiver.
I picked this up in 2020 to WFH and it barely made it half a year before having the common issues most low end Logitech mice suffer from. Namely, the mushy click and clunky scroll wheel.
Unlike Logitech's other mice, this one is entirely fit together with plastic clips, so opening it to try to remedy these issues (I use SuperLube dielectric grease on all my other mice and it keeps them running top notch) risks breaking the only elements holding it together.
The feet are very thin and can quickly wear past the recesses that they sit in, causing the mouse to begin to drag on the plastic if you use them on anything other than a good cloth mouse pad.
The ergonomics on this is strange, with the shape being weirdly rotund and also leaving little room for your pinkie to not drag, even when holding it with a claw grip. It's also quite heavy for its class.
The G305 is also on sale, albeit for $30, but it's a much better mouse. Spend the extra $20 and you'll be a lot happier with your purchase.

The other things you didn't like are subjective so not everyone will have those issues.
The unifying receiver can support up to 6 devices. The receiver this comes with allows only a single connection, like this mouse.
