I wear shorts over my leggings. Leggings for guys are basically like underwear i feel it would be inappropriate to just wear these out in public without shorts on top.

I own both products and am very happy with both. This is definitely a more premium product (warmer in colder temps) than the 32 Degree Heat leggings, but for $5, it can't be beat.
Do you wear underwear with these? Seems like it's hard to since it's so tight. It's like I'm used to wearing an undershirt, but can't when I wear a compression long sleeve. It just feels odd.

i do (that too boxers), simply because i dont want to change them out like underwear. like anything else, you get used to it (hopefully). i did purchase the aforementioned 32degree ones in bulk (when costco had them for $1.5/ea).

No, these are meant to be worn without underwear, although many do. Some dudes who think they will lose their masculine card if they wear leggings, wear shorts over them. But for running, these feel really good to wear in the cold, because they aren't restricting at all.

If only the branding on the waistband was larger and more pronounced.
I have them and find the large waistband annoying, and they are too thick and thus tight in general in my opinion, or the sizing doesnt run the same as the heatgear. I essentially never wear them. They say they are meant for 55F and under, but I live in a climate that is mostly HOT, so im acclimated to heat and would still run in winter 55 degrees in shorts and just be cold for a few minutes until I warm up. During the winter I run in the heatgear anywhere from like sub 60 down to 40 and I really like them, especially the pocket. The costco 32 degrees are just as good as the heatgaer imho, but dont have the pocket. I'm not sure if costco 32 degrees have both a heat/cold version, or just the one, but for the price they are great and I just wear a boxer brief with pocket over them. I can't imagine running long distances in these, I'm always plenty warm or hot even in shorts in near freezing temps after a mile or two, but I'm sure there's some crazy people running in sub zero blizzards who these work for.

I was under the impression that these should be worn like underwear, directly on your skin, with underwear over it? Are you saying that, while that is normal practice, you wear underwear underneath instead because you can go longer between needing to wash them?
