I'll be honest, I live in Indiana flyover country and haven't seen a seagull since leaving the mid-Atlantic twenty years ago. Is this a marketing thing or somehow related to all those Salt Life stickers on the SUVs of ppl who have never lived near the water?

Hmm looks like they're doing polyester blends in their T-shirts now. Been a decade since I last bought a shirt from Life is Good but they used to be 100% cotton and super comfy

I believe that's only for heather colors. Solid colors are 100% cotton and still super comfy. From their site, where this shirt is also $11.99:
