That's a different model/maker/etc though.

I was a bit over the weight limit when I started and have lost over 40 pounds.
My observations:
This is a walking pad, not a treadmill. If you want an actual treadmill with rails to hold, get a used one free or cheap (assuming you have the space and a way to transport it.) I wanted something without hand rails so it could be used with a standing desk.
The pictures are photo-shopped and make it appear much, much larger than it is. The 16" wide belt on mine is just wide enough for me. Every once in a great while the edge of my foot will clip the side, but not enough to cause an issue. The one in this deal is only 15" wide. Tape out the 15" wide path on the floor with masking tape and see if your natural stride falls over the lines. The shorter length of the walking area has never been an issue.
The size and weight (37lb for OP's deal) makes it easy to pick up and move around. I use it with a height adjustable desk. It stores standing on it's end in the closet and doesn't take up much space.
Belt was a bit of a PITA to get tracking correctly. Once you get it dialed in it is fine, but until you find that perfect balance point, the belt will drift left or right which could damage the belt if it drifts all the way over. Once you have it in the ballpark, run it at top speed and you'll see if the belt is walking one direction or the other much faster. If you expect it to just work out of the box without having to tweak this, take a pass.
While walking I can read or watch videos, but find it difficult to do tasks that require serious focus. I thought I'd be able to get real work done while walking, but that didn't happen. Overall I'm satisfied with it, mostly because I'm just walking, it doesn't require a dedicated space and isn't a pain to move. I sprinted on it once while running along with Hardcore Henry. It was kind of hard to run straight with the guy in the movie turning, but the walking pad survived. If it flexes, I just consider that shock absorption.
TLDNR; I'd put these things in the "worth a try" category. Mine came with a one year warranty. I didn't see a warranty mentioned on the one in this deal. I'd hold out for one a bit cheaper with a wider belt and a warranty, preferably from a seller that has been around a while and reviewers mention the warranty being honored.
