One thing, you can only update them with an android phone.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 phone that paired instantly the first time I opened the case.
Highly recommend. If I lost mine today, I would by these again.

They're comfortable, they actually stay in place, and are loaded with features.
If you have a Samsung phone they integrate extremely well. But the Samsung Wear app will still let you access all features on any Android phone.
Minor complaint is that the case battery life could be improved. It doesn't seem to have enough juice in it to charge these fully 2x...let alone 3x.
I think $50 is too expensive for any pair of earbuds. But if you think that's a price worth paying, these are definitely very good.
EDIT: Adding one thing. Another user commented that microphone quality for phone calls was terrible. I don't use this often but I'd say I agree. I get complaints of "muffled," "underwater," or "far away".
They were $30 with trade in a few months ago
The issue is that they're firmly mid level buds
Sq is ok, anc is ok, battery life is ok, mic is not great, no wireless charging
I'd rather pay more for something that is better, but that's me
Wind from one direction can mess with them, but I've only had that happen once during a phone call.
Just keep them clean. Like any other earbud, they can act funny if microphone ports get plugged up.
I'd say they're a little better during calls than my Anker liberty air 2 pros and have significantly better noise canceling.

So I bought these recently for about 60 from a 3rd party seller on Walmart because Rtings rated them really highly for phone calls for earbuds. Like to get comparable you needed to go to the 200+ price point basically whether earbuds or headphones.
Got them in, and as someone who has owned like 4 different Samsung buds, and Sony linkbuds, these are probably my favorite to date. Good audio, good noise cancelling, solid mic etc.
