You own the line. You can always port away to another carrier. Nothing else is due, besides the service.

Of course, you cannot do anything with the line within Cricket for 3 months

Cricket is what I use in Mexico and the At&t network there is excellent with lots of 5G. Lots of people who moved to their larger cities have discovered they don't need the local cable company for internet.

Hmm I don't know. I feel that getting S24FE for $99+120=220 may be more valuable to me.
That's a $600 phone. But yes you may take this deal if you don't need a new phone. I admit.
