Was look for a small, simple, lightweight, inexpensive weight bench like this but now that I'm looking at reviews I'm thinking the Amazon Basics might be the more stable bench.

The Amazon basic bench has a higher weight limit. Amazon bench 700 lbs > Cap bench 300 lbs

The weight limit of this bench is 300 lbs in total including the users weight. The amazon basic bench for $3 more would be a better choice and has a 700 lbs total weight limit
