Their description seems to be misleading. You can either get a pair of 9005 or a pair of H11 for the $14 price ($36 - 60%).

The "two pair" refers to the 9005/H11 combo, which is priced at $70 (minus 60%), so it's $28 for the combo.

Still good prices if the product is decent.

Guys, please don't use these. These are just for blinding people on the roads. Doesn't matter how cheap, it's useless.

caution for using these in halogen housing. It only has light to two sides and the beam dispersion is weird

Yes, some are horrible, but that's not universally true. A lot of halogen housings have reflectors and good cutoffs that work just fine with LEDs.
