I recommend their internet service. Me and my girlfriend have it and it's not only faster than what we had from Spectrum with better reliability and surprisingly about the same latency. It's perfectly fine for gaming and we're usually streaming on multiple devices and gaming at the same time.
Terms and conditions state "Activate qualifying new Home Internet line between 11/21/24 and 1/15/25".
Try reaching out to T-Mobile care team on social media or calling the rebates department. If you were eligible but got denied, they should be able to honor it.

I'd definitely jump on this, I've done it a few times over the past few years. if you live with a SO, do it under their name. Also make sure you go through capital one shopping, they have an elevated targeted offer of $375, which will stack with the gift card from Tmobile for $300 - total is $675 for enrolling in $50 monthly internet which you can theoretically "cancel" several months down the road...

I tired it last time and could not get Capital One to work. Since T-mobile did not charge me anything when I ordered, Capital One did not track it.

It looks like they just removed the $300 offer from the "RELY INTERNET" which is their $50 service (discounted to $35 if you have some postpaid lines).
I'm getting 200-380Mbps download and 40-100Mbps upload speeds. Almost always at the max speed.
BTW I wasn't charged the $35 activation fee. I just signed up Dec 29.

Their $60 internet uses a different router, and the $70 internet comes with a mesh repeater.
I personally don't want to use their router - you can't set up anything on it. I use ethernet cables to my own mesh routers that I can control. I am using double-nat (more like triple-nat because of their CGNAT) without any problems. You basically can't run any servers or forward any ports because you don't have a real IPv4 address on the t-mobile side. You can use a VPN that has port forwarding or other solutions for bittorrent or servers that need incoming ports.
Im going to do this soon and think you made the decision for me. The 50dollar one seems good enough.

My order didn't show up automatically but I e-mailed support about a month after ordering and they added $250 to my rewards balance.

tempted to give tmobile a try cuz my xfinity been more unstable and disconnecting a lot lately but i would be downgrading speed which i'm not a fan of. also if your house is equipped with a bunch of security cameras like eufy, you would need to resync everything to a new wifi and it's a hassle. not to mention you have to cancel your old service. so it's a lot of work and things to consider before actually making the switch

agreed, there would be no way to file a complain since this offer is already expired!
If the offer is expired, why is it actively advertised on their website?
I see the wording you're referring to. Mentions a "TV:".
I don't really get it; shockingly the legalese is not helpful. But would be nice to confirm the time frame for this offer.

Saw Capital One's $375 targeted offer just now. Needed to scroll down on the default page (Trending Offers) for a solid 30 seconds for more offers to load, and then did Ctrl-F for "T-Mobile Home Internet". Will report back if it tracked.

What's the dl/UL speeds?

Specifically the UL speeds as DL is always good enough ; minus the lowest low speeds.

Extremely location dependent. If your tower is congested you'll have a bad time. I got 600mbps down, 60 up, but that isn't the norm that I've seen.

Do a speed test on T-Mobile on your phone (any 5g phone will give you a pretty good idea) and that's the fastest you'll get, but it's prioritized lower so if it's crowded you'll get very slow speeds.

So today is the last day (I'm in CA) for the deal? Got 2 hours to decide. I have the $175 capital one offer also

I just go ahead and get it. With $475 back it pays for itself for a year. Will get my brother on it and cancel his $85/month spectrum service

On the fence. Just got the unit 2 days ago. Got three firmware updates without warning. Speed is inconsistent. Gaming is choppy. Speed test is all over the place. Low 20mb to 30mb downloads to top speed of 220mb downloads. Peak prime time traffic is bad

The $300 offer is still running. "TV:" is referring to a previous deal where they offered an Amazon Fire 40" TV.

FWIW I submitted for the December promo and I'm still waiting. 6-8 weeks is what they say. Pretty happy with the service though, I use a Keep Connect and reset every 2 days and have had almost no issues.
Whats keep connect?
