I recommend their internet service. Me and my girlfriend have it and it's not only faster than what we had from Spectrum with better reliability and surprisingly about the same latency. It's perfectly fine for gaming and we're usually streaming on multiple devices and gaming at the same time.

Terms and conditions state "Activate qualifying new Home Internet line between 11/21/24 and 1/15/25".

FWIW I submitted for the December promo and I'm still waiting. 6-8 weeks is what they say. Pretty happy with the service though, I use a Keep Connect and reset every 2 days and have had almost no issues.

Does this only apply to their $50+ plans? Their $40 ($35 after auto-pay) doesn't have the banner above that says it is part of the $300 deal.

I have the same question. Don't see the banner for the rebate on their cheapest plan

I went for the $50 plan anyways.... ($45 after auto pay)

With a $300 GC, that's 6.666 mos of "free" service. I'll use it for the 6mos and cancel OR downgrade (if it's still avail for $35).

Anyone know why it says it's not available at my address when I know for a fact it was available before the promo? I've been waiting for this deal to come back and now it says it's not available at my address..

T-Mobile allocates only a certain number of HI Gateways per cell tower for the best experience of all users, HI and cell users.
Your area cell towers are now full, no more HI Gateways allowed until someone cancels and drops out.

No, but you'll pay the higher price, no $15 discount.

I hear T-mobile is hard for them to honor stuff like this. The 300 GC
They are, they've initially denied just about every GC promo I've ever tried to take advantage of. Have to contact support and the problem is always some fake "error on their end". They just blanket deny them hoping people forget or won't bother contacting them over it. They're a terrible company now, really crapped the bed when their new CEO took over who just tries to milk every penny possible for shareholder value. See also their pending class action over their "your price will never increase" guarantees.

Weird. I've had T-Mobile Internet for like 2 years, but when I check availability it says there is none. Guess they're keeping capacity in check. It's been solid, specially now that they sent me a newer gateway.

$35/mo? Not in my area and the equipment rental fees make it nearly DOUBLE..I'm getting 300 mbps with Xfinity for $35/mo including an auto pay discount..AND I get to use my own 3.1 modem and WiFi 6 router which I'm SURE is superior to what TMobile provides. I am a prepaid TMo customer but I don't call this a good deal at all

Verizon 5g internet durring peak is pretty bad lag but does alright off peak. Anyone experienced this in with their tmo?
I have had verizon 5G Home Plus and have never experienced this. I live in very densely populated suburb. I also get 750-800mbps down on my 5G phone tho. My home internet is capped to lole 350mbps tho. Ping is <15ms at speedtest.net and between 25-45ms in video games like rocket league. Almost identical to my spectrum internet with slightly better upload speeds on vz 5g home (23mbps vs 12mbps on spectrum). 35 bucks a month made me a happy camper.

Equipment rental for what? I don't pay equipment rental with TMHI. You can also use whatever wifi router you want as long as you've got an ethernet cable to connect it to the Tmobile modem...
