Where did you get the date of 2/20/2025? Their website says the offer runs from 11/21/24 to 1/15/25...
We signed up for Amplified Internet service on 1/18/25 and I remember the offer on the website being $150 instead, so this is kinda confusing how this current $300 offer wasn't available when I signed up but somehow it's stilled expired
(you can see this in rebate status page)

Not playing nice with my Firwewalla and/or Ubiquiti stuff though; Download speed keeps dropping to ~40 unless I bypass my network & connect directly to the TMo router. Haven't had time to troubleshoot that.
Have canceled the service since due to frequent buffering and high gaming latency.
Just now:

Or is it an Old model?

Should check your phone's connection settings and make sure it's connected to T-Mo and with the correct APN, fast.t-mobile.com

For the price they may worth trying.
Spending over $100 for the T-Mo external antenna or a few hundred $$$ for the Waveform antennas is a bit on the excessive side, unless one is way out in the country with no other options.
In that case the Starlink satellite service may be another option.
T-Mo is currently in beta for a Starlink service for certain late model cell phones with a July active timeline.
With a March 1st deadline to perhaps participate in the beta phase free of charge, so it must be done today.

When do I fill up the rebate ? I ordered on 22nd and got the router on Wednesday and it's been horribly spotty, sometimes I get a few MBs and sometimes up to 500mb. So I will keep it till I get the $300 rebate.
When I'm trying to submit the rebate, it's showing as : I am requesting reimbursement for - Internet early termination with the phone # for the Internet.
Here's how to submit your T-Mobile Internet Contract Freedom Claim
We'll reimburse your previous internet service provider's early termination fees when you join T-Mobile Home Internet or Small Business Internet- up to $750 via virtual prepaid card. Restrictions apply.
Allow up to 8 weeks.
Step 1: Get a new device and a qualifying plan.
Step 2: Cancel your old internet service.
Step 3: Pay your old Internet Service Provider's (ISP's) final bill.
Step 4: Prepare your reimbursement request within 60 days of activation of your T-Mobile internet service. (Activation occurs either at time of purchase or when the gateway is shipped to you).
You'll need to submit a screen shot or photo of your final bill showing the early termination fee (ETF). The name or address on the bill must match your T-Mobile Account billing information. See FAQs for details before you log in.
* Is that what everybody is doing and claiming that $300 as an early termination for previous Internet service ?
