I recommend their internet service. Me and my girlfriend have it and it's not only faster than what we had from Spectrum with better reliability and surprisingly about the same latency. It's perfectly fine for gaming and we're usually streaming on multiple devices and gaming at the same time.

Terms and conditions state "Activate qualifying new Home Internet line between 11/21/24 and 1/15/25".

FWIW I submitted for the December promo and I'm still waiting. 6-8 weeks is what they say. Pretty happy with the service though, I use a Keep Connect and reset every 2 days and have had almost no issues.

Anybody know if you can take this and put it in your car and have wifi. I work doordash and need to play on my ipad mini gen 7 on downtime waiting for a good order to come in.
They started forcing the service to be at the signed up address. So perhaps they're using geofencing and location services to see you're not using outside of the assigned location. Whether they're enforcing it is something else. You can find more info on reddit. I want to sign up for my brother to replace his spectrum for half the monthly price but want to test it at my house first, which is a mile away but afraid they'll enforce the policy and cancel the service

Where did you get the date of 2/20/2025? Their website says the offer runs from 11/21/24 to 1/15/25...

We signed up for Amplified Internet service on 1/18/25 and I remember the offer on the website being $150 instead, so this is kinda confusing how this current $300 offer wasn't available when I signed up but somehow it's stilled expired

you can just re-sign up spectrum as new customer if T-Mobile cancel it.

My guess is I can continue my Spectrum connection while I try this service out. I plan to create a new SSID and connect the device to a single computer via ethernet and give it a whirl. I have multiple PCs in my home, but just bought a new one so I can try it out on that. Seems like a good deal, but I believe Spectrum will be superior. Only time will tell. Thanks for sharing the deal and to all who had their input, which really helped.

This internet was no good for me. Household of four. Bad for gaming (even at night when no one in the household was using the internet). Ring doorbell cameras took forever to load and video quality was horrible.
Ring would be on your internal network, shouldn't be impacted by your ISP so it's possible you have issues there.

Got mine on Monday. ~500 Down/20 Up. Much better than what it's replacing.

Not playing nice with my Firwewalla and/or Ubiquiti stuff though; Download speed keeps dropping to ~40 unless I bypass my network & connect directly to the TMo router. Haven't had time to troubleshoot that.

Post title is lying, you don't get 300 with the 35 plan, it has to be the 45 or 55 plan

I was able to get my fire tv and the gift card pretty easily last year.
Same. Got the $150 Gift Card and 50" Fire TV(still in the box) in 2024.
Have canceled the service since due to frequent buffering and high gaming latency.

Actually that is NOT even close to real life
Just now:
Cell phone 5G speed 33Mbps
vs
640Mbps TMHI router

(located 7 ft from each other).

Should check your phone's connection settings and make sure it's connected to T-Mo and with the correct APN, fast.t-mobile.com

Has anyone tried this external 5G antenna to check if it may improve the T-Mo 5G signal:

https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256802602635144.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.10.21ef180... [aliexpress.us]

OR this one:

https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256802907426366.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.5.21ef1802... [aliexpress.us]

For the price they may worth trying.

Spending over $100 for the T-Mo external antenna or a few hundred $$$ for the Waveform antennas is a bit on the excessive side, unless one is way out in the country with no other options.
In that case the Starlink satellite service may be another option.

T-Mo is currently in beta for a Starlink service for certain late model cell phones with a July active timeline.
With a March 1st deadline to perhaps participate in the beta phase free of charge, so it must be done today.

Hi,

When do I fill up the rebate ? I ordered on 22nd and got the router on Wednesday and it's been horribly spotty, sometimes I get a few MBs and sometimes up to 500mb. So I will keep it till I get the $300 rebate.

When I'm trying to submit the rebate, it's showing as : I am requesting reimbursement for - Internet early termination with the phone # for the Internet.

Here's how to submit your T-Mobile Internet Contract Freedom Claim

We'll reimburse your previous internet service provider's early termination fees when you join T-Mobile Home Internet or Small Business Internet- up to $750 via virtual prepaid card. Restrictions apply.

Allow up to 8 weeks.

Step 1: Get a new device and a qualifying plan.

Step 2: Cancel your old internet service.

Step 3: Pay your old Internet Service Provider's (ISP's) final bill.

Step 4: Prepare your reimbursement request within 60 days of activation of your T-Mobile internet service. (Activation occurs either at time of purchase or when the gateway is shipped to you).

You'll need to submit a screen shot or photo of your final bill showing the early termination fee (ETF). The name or address on the bill must match your T-Mobile Account billing information. See FAQs for details before you log in.

* Is that what everybody is doing and claiming that $300 as an early termination for previous Internet service ?
