I recommend their internet service. Me and my girlfriend have it and it's not only faster than what we had from Spectrum with better reliability and surprisingly about the same latency. It's perfectly fine for gaming and we're usually streaming on multiple devices and gaming at the same time.

FWIW I submitted for the December promo and I'm still waiting. 6-8 weeks is what they say. Pretty happy with the service though, I use a Keep Connect and reset every 2 days and have had almost no issues.

As many folks have mentioned, it's highly dependent upon how far you are from the nearest Tmobile tower. The nearest to us is about 3/4 mi away and I just tested at 600 Mbps down and 75 Mbps up with a 37 ms ping time. That's pretty normal for mid-day here. But those numbers can vary greatly during times of congestion.

I have ATT fiber and T-Mobile home internet. Fiber of course is consistent and the same speed downloading the uploading. 1Gb fiber from AT&T runs around 930Mbps unless you are in an area that also offers 2Gb and 5Gb, then it's slightly overprovisioned.


I'm 1.2 miles from my nearest rural T-Mobile tower and I get around 500Gbps download and 30Mbps upload.


I use it as backup for my fiber. There would not be any good reason to switch to it as primary in your case.

If I signed up in store in the past two days and I cancel it, and sign up again online will I qualify? I think there's a 14 day trial period right?

I am about 200 yards from a T-Mobile 5G tower. Speedtest.net shows I get over 300mbps but my Zoom calls drop all the time, Youtube videos are pixelated and the quality is definitely not as good as my 300mbps cable internet.

My friend has 8 voice lines and 1 home Internet at his place. I don't have T-Mobile Cellular service. Can he order a separate home Internet for me? We live 5 miles apart.

Thanks! We were looking for internet options for our home office, and we are T-Mobile customers already. We'll just downgrade to the $35/mo plan after 60 days.

Every time I tried to get the line, it says location isn't available. I have full 5G in my home for T-Mobile network, but still it's not available for home internet. Is there any way to bypass it?

He should be able to order one. But first check if the one he has works well at his place. I have two on my account.

I'm shocked by this being I have tried Verizon's and At&t's 5g home Internet and both were terrible for gaming, as in so much lag and latency I was sling shotting everywhere. The signal strength for both was at or near peak bars. I'd say very YMMV.
