I recommend their internet service. Me and my girlfriend have it and it's not only faster than what we had from Spectrum with better reliability and surprisingly about the same latency. It's perfectly fine for gaming and we're usually streaming on multiple devices and gaming at the same time.

Terms and conditions state "Activate qualifying new Home Internet line between 11/21/24 and 1/15/25".

FWIW I submitted for the December promo and I'm still waiting. 6-8 weeks is what they say. Pretty happy with the service though, I use a Keep Connect and reset every 2 days and have had almost no issues.

We need to hold T-mobile accountable, it says $35 now, then they jack up the price later.

Same with my phone pricing.

Is the limitation per customer or per location?

Can I cancel my current TMHI plan and my wife signs up for one instead?

you think Verizon fios and spectrum cable never raised price? Verizon raised price 2x in one year for me. Lucky I got T-Mobile home Internet for $25 a year ago and dumped Verizon.

You do NOT get the $300 gift card if you sign up for the $35/mo "rely" plan. You must sign up for $45/mo "amplified" plan. Also allow 10 weeks to receive gift card

Canceling is a real chore. You return the device to a local Tmo store, but you have to call an out of the country call center to cancel the service. I waited 15 plus minutes and then got disconnected. Had to call several times.

Can I assume there is no way for current customers to get this?

You can sign up for more than one internet account at the same house so it's possible. You'll obviously pay for another service but unless you failed math class you're going to make money and you can cancel one once you have the card and spent it.

Asked me for hard pull. Not worth the $300.
Can anyone who has placed the order confirm whether this is a hard pull? I did some research and found conflicting information—some say it's a soft pull, while others say it's a hard pull.

for example: https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobilei...heck_your/

This is the exact reason I cancelled mine as it does not provide static ip like Verizon does and it you are running vpn or some other services it's good to have static ip other than shared with others in your area!

Anyone compared this to Fios? I currently have 1GB for about $75/mo...I'm sure it's overkill but they make it hard to downgrade to 500mbps.
I wish Verizon served my area, T-Mobile home internet is like using a hotspot, you have no access to the router settings

No thanks this is not a deal except if they coerce you into their cell service.

When searching for availability the description clearly stated there were equipment charges AND it lacked anything about the speeds provided. Since I'm a TMobile subscriber 5G speeds vary. Simply stating facts nothing more.
Where are you reading this? You say "clearly stated there were equipment charges", but I see nothing of the like. The charges are laid out clearly in the "Broadband Facts" information, and the only additional charge is the initial $35 connection fee (aka an activation fee). As a TMHI customer I can also confirm there is no equipment charge. You get the equipment when you sign up, and you return it whenever you decide to cancel. If you don't return the equipment, THEN there is a fee, for sure, but nothing while you're a customer.

Terms: $35 device connection charge due at sale. Plus, taxes & fees for accounts currently paying for a T-Mobile wireless line with additional taxes & fees: Monthly Regulatory Programs (RPF) & Telco Recovery Fee (TRF) totaling $1.40 per data only line ($0.12 for RPF & $1.28 for TRF) apply; taxes/fees approx. 3-12% of bill. Credit approval required. For use only with T-Mobile Gateway for in-home use at location provided at activation; service restricted away from approved address. Return gateway undamaged or pay up to $370.
