I recommend their internet service. Me and my girlfriend have it and it's not only faster than what we had from Spectrum with better reliability and surprisingly about the same latency. It's perfectly fine for gaming and we're usually streaming on multiple devices and gaming at the same time.

Terms and conditions state "Activate qualifying new Home Internet line between 11/21/24 and 1/15/25".

FWIW I submitted for the December promo and I'm still waiting. 6-8 weeks is what they say. Pretty happy with the service though, I use a Keep Connect and reset every 2 days and have had almost no issues.

Where do you live that this is better than a hard line- especially for latency? I looked up the Verizon broadband label for their service since a rep knocked on my door and their label carried significantly higher latency than my Spectrum line.

Seems like the 45/month or higher is needed for the prepaid card promo. Odds are you can downgrade after you receive the card though.

This can't be true.. 40gb per month

I use it in phoenix and use about 1000gb monthly. Always get speeds about 400-700mbps. Since 2 years.
Guess it depends on location and tower.

Thanks for the feedback. Just curious as to why you reset it every 2 days?

It just seems to keep the connection happier. Seems like it gets worse after a couple days, this was the first try to help it and it's been all good with no downside.

Good luck getting the MC gift card without hounding them for several months. I finally received mine after about 4 months and many inquiries later. What a headache. Slickdealers don't give up, though. Lol

Anybody figure out how to disable the wifi on their device? I'd prefer to use my own router and don't want two signals

Can you elaborate a bit? Did yours get rejected?

HINT app lets you disable 2.4ghz only it seems. Not sure why but it's annoying. Maybe the Android or desktop version of HINT will let you? Haven't yet but may try that.

I have been using T-Mobile Home Internet for six months now and have experienced zero downtime. Previously, I had both Spectrum and AT&T fiber internet, and I encountered regular outages with both.

Currently, I'm getting speeds of 214 Mbps for downloads and 54 Mbps for uploads, which more than meets my basic needs. I regularly participate in video conferences and have had no issues at all.

I signed up for a $150 promotional offer and received the credit after approximately nine weeks. No problems whatsoever.

Thank you. I'll look into it but it'd be nice if there's a way to disable 2.4 and 5 ghz

It looks like the $300 is only offered for the "amplified" internet which starts at $45. I don't see it offered for the $35 basic package.

I got my $300 prepaid MasterCard today exactly 61 days after I submitted for it online without any sort of follow-up on my part.

When does the 60 days start? I've seen both "from the day the gateway ships" as well as "from the day you activate your gateway"

I signed up for this, but it was pretty awful in the middle of the city (work calls dropped multiple times, etc.), so I'll probably cancel as soon as I can
