I was a T Mobile customer for 20+ years, and modern day T Mobile sucks - they literally suck money out of customers at every opportunity.
So I left for Visible Unlimited at 1/4 of the cost and haven't looked back.
800 off when trading in an old S10 sounds like a slick deal.

But I'm on the 55 and over plan
Not the 55 plus but the 55 and over plan and I have been a customer for over 17 years
Can I replicate this deal without changing my 55 line, we have four lines on the account
In store - almost never waive activation fee unless you go to Costco
On the other hand, the reps at Costco did try to low to me about accessories required to waive activation fee. I told me to show me the disclaimer or whatever document they have to prove that to me, then they upgraded mine without activation fee and I did not buy any accessories.
THATS the issue ... you can't have it both ways and expect customers to not get pissed
I did not say about it being fake. What I said is "What is the probability that will happen to the 99.9999999999999% of the population".
Are you slow? Did you do okay in school?

I agree if you are looking only to upgrade a older device, simple.and easy way but that doesn't mean it is too good for everyone.
If you wait less than year you would get it unlocked without any trade and the 24 bill credits at this price.
This deal is only good for people with pretty old phones and looking for S25, not the ultras.

I mean, sure if you upgrade every year, then yeah, paying $400 annually is a pretty sweet deal.

Worst part is iPhone flagship is still at 1200, Samsung not anymore in that range for nothing more.
