On another note, C1 Shopping will not provide cashback. They said the item is marked as not eligible for cashback by the seller. Why then they sent the offer email? Bite and switch tactic. 🤬
C1 is awful and after losing a couple of CBs from them, I never use them anymore
I got 2 more calls and a text from citi if it was me trying to order a phone. after ST cancelled the order and I see a -391 pending. So I am going to assume that was really cancelled.
Just set the 60 day date in your calendar, it's not a problem - phone will still auto unlock as expected.

There are couple reasons it may happened: 1. Total mess with ST system in general and especially during preorder and they couldn't properly automatically validate the cashback offer. 2. The cashback was intendent for full MSRP price without discount, since the discount was applied, they didn't provide cashback.
same here, was scheduled to deliver today by 7pm and the status is still the same and its 9:30pm now 😁
Same thing for me. It's hasn't updated tracking after it landed and it was suppose to deliver today.
