I ordered as soon as the deal went up and UPS still hasn't even picked up my package, there doesn't seem to be any order to whose phone gets shipped first. Those of you lucky enough to have already receive it, how are you finding the phone? Any first impressions?

Anyone having issues activating? After entering in zip code, loads to a blank page.
I was having the same issue trying to activate the new device online. I had to call 18774302355 to activate.

Yes, I contacted C1 support and they told me the purchase is ineligible for cashback as it was marked by ST. They cannot even check the reason why it was marked this way and told me to email them back again in 90 days. I'm on the same boat as you, without C1 cashback offer I didn't even plan to get this phone. Try to contact C1 support. Multiple complains may help.
There are couple reasons it may happened: 1. Total mess with ST system in general and especially during preorder and they couldn't properly automatically validate the cashback offer. 2. The cashback was intendent for full MSRP price without discount, since the discount was applied, they didn't provide cashback.

I placed two separate orders with different emails and address. Got both phones delivered today. First order shows pending c1 payout in 3 months. Second order got marked ineligible and I didn't bother chasing it down why. I hope the first one actually converts after 3 months since I'll be cancelling service after the first month is up.

Same here. Ordered Feb. 21 and received a shipping notice Saturday night but UPS doesn't have possession yet.

@kqian111 & @bluedesk545: Can you both please confirm when you saw the eligibility on the site/app? Was it a few days after purchase or shipment? Did you have to contact support or was it automatic?
I don't even see anything on my rewards right now sadly Frown

Call the number on your card and ask if they're blocking the transaction for fraud protection. Happened to me and some others here.

I tried the virtual card from Revolut, it asks me to confirm the transaction, I confirmed, it said approved. But ST still saying declined, tried Paypal from Total as well. Even when the transaction gone thru, my card got charged, but the status would be at Pending payment approval and would get cancelled after awhile.
One time I used my Amex card to pay, the order went thru but stuck at Pending payment approval, talked to Amex they said nothing wrong with them and should be on ST to approve, talked to ST and they said the opposite thing

No, but he really is though... I currently have 15 phones sitting in front of me and they were all purchased in the last 3 months off slick deals. The worst being a Samsung 25 and the best being an iphone 16 pro max/ samsung S25 ultra and there is not one single device that costed me as much as this phone does. Apples marketing and product department sold you this steaming pile with a rename and an apple symbol and you devoured it.
Hell yeah I respect the grind

I placed an order this morning, which appears to have gone through on the ST website, however I have received no email confirmation (or for account creation for new customer). I checked in Order tracking on website clicking on forgot order number, entered my email address , and it says an email has been sent - yet I have received nothing still (been a few hours). Nothing in spam, nothing in Inbox...is this normal for ST?

Yes, their email system is horrible, took a week for them to send a verification code 😂

8gb ram. I'm not saying the 16e isn't a hot pile of manure but 8GB ram is pretty good. iPhone15 has 6GB RAM.
