same thing happen to probably all of us.. take your order # and your email.. goto their website.. at the top right it says "Help & Support".. click there then in the middle it says "Track Your Order".. use that to check the status of your order.. mine went from preparing to shipped.. my wife's went from preparing to canceled.. Frown we called they didnt say anything about you couldn't order 2 to the same address.. esp when it was ordered under HER name and credit card.. but yah.. they canceled it.. she reordered over the phone.. day later checked the status.. canceled again.. smh

ordered saturday. Said it shipped the same day. UPS info updated saying they didn't have it on Monday. Status today updated that they have the package and it will be here tomorrow.

Still waiting on my wife's order to do something./ It is stuck at "pending remote fulfillment" But the initial order we placed for her cancelled in the first day. So this is better than cancelled.

For people trashing on the phone. There are those of us that this will work well for. I am/was using a 5 year old iPhone SE. I don't need, or at least am not willing to pay for, all of the fancy bells and whistles and phones that cost over a grand on their own. I buy my phones outright and have a really low monthly bill.

I dont even have an order number. I received zero communication after I submitted the order (not one email). I put my email address into the "track order" page (without the Order #) and it says an email has been sent to my email address (which never comes)...Holy crap what a broken POS system.

PS - Im trying to chat with someone and Im 89th in line...lol 89! maybe theyll get to my place in queue sometime this week haha. What a joke

I was in the same boat when I ordered on the 26th - no emails, order numbers, nothing.. the only evidence the order went through was the pending charge on my credit card It took until the next day for the order to show up in the account, and that's how I got the order number and tracked its progress. The only email I ever got was shipping confirmation. My phone was delivered just a few minutes ago

oh wow.. when you finish the order the order # was at the top kinda greyed out really.. i saved the page as a pdf so i could go back.. update us and let us know how the tech support goes.. im still waiting for UPS to deliver mine..

Thats very helpful Info! Thanks for replying.

PS - I chatted with an agent and then called them and after about an hour or so dealing with that thats the same conclusion I came to (without them telling me). They show the order going through but they dont even see an Order # (weird). Said to wait a few days and hopefully Ill get an email...lol Great company. Happy to take advantage of this loss leader through them.
