Just wanted to post my status in case others experiencing the same. Save your time and dont chat/call them. If you have a pending CC charge, you "should" be good to go (we shall see).

Same issue here. This happened to me before but it's been years so I don't remember what happened. I can't say I'm surprise with StraightTalk. If there is anything consistent it's inconsistency.

I will give it a day like someone mentioned and if not I'll have to chat with them. I will report back if I find out anything helpful.

It has been a bug like that for awhile, your device is not unlocked yet, just count 60 days from the day you activate your device

Do you have the order id? Even if there is a pending CC charge, if you check the status and you see Pending payment approval, it's likely that your order would get cancelled later on due to "they could not be processed by our billing verification systems" from Fraud Risk| Verizon Wireless, Inc., [email protected]
I got so many orders cancelled like this, now I can't even place order because I keep getting payment declined message

this happened to me as well.. talked to support who took my order saying my shipping address is invalid.. like really? the card i used is linked to this address and i get shipments everyday at that address but you say its invalid.. so i went to UPS to verifiy my address which came back ok.. told her that and they still couldn't do anything.. pathetic support.. so i ordered again online and its out for delivery today

It's effectively a 16 without a second camera and the dynamic island. It's totally fine. Unremarkable but excellent. It's an iPhone.

I dont have an order ID nor could support find one in their system, but they can see an Order (with no ID associated)...but they "assure me" that its ok and will get shipped out "soon"...
