The newer AMD and Intel miniPC stuff with the 890m and ARC graphics are only marginally faster but usually double the price with the same RAM/storage. The flagship AMD AI series APU do improve graphics performance a LOT... but also only come in $2000+ Asus tablets (the Z13 Flow).
The 8845/790m is a potent combo and will run right along with the full 8000 series AMD desktop APU's but in a much smaller and more efficient package. These are a great buy right now while the madness of the current GPU market is sorting itself out if you want to roll through your back catalog of Steam / Amazon Gaming / Epic / GoG games that have been stacking up. They are also capable for media tasks, video transcoding/editing, etc..
This also has an Oculink port, and for $100 for the Minisforum Oculink dock on Amazon (plus whatever size power supply your card needs) you can connect a standard desktop GPU to this.

I'm on a tight budget 😁
Memory for multitasking and design programs (Adobe) 😁
Decent graphic card for potential rendering and other heavy-lifting 😁
Plenty of storage, SSD a bonus 😁
The cooling system in theory looks good, but it probably isn't 🙂
The motherboard, I know nothing about. 🤔

I just got the Ryzen 7 6800H , 24GB, 1TB for $270 from Amazon.
I installed ProxMox VM manager on it and created a 4 core CPU VM with 2GB of RAM. Passmark scores for the VM were 1.5 times faster than a N150 computer with around the same specs. (this does not take in account transcoding if that is your task).
I just use my M4 Mac Mini as a desktop computer, so I don't have any Unix workloads on it to compare.
The computer I got came with Crucial RAM and a Kingston SSD which surprised me. It is listed as "BOSGAME
P3 Lite Mini PC Gaming Computers Ryzen 7 6800H, Radeon 680M Graphics, 24GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB PCIe 4.0x4 SSD, Windows 11 Pro,Triple Display (HDMI/DP/USB4),USB4 8K 60Hz,WiFi 6E,BT5.2,Dual 2.5GbE LAN"
