$319 is listed as a sale price, too. And if you follow the Klipsch threads here, deals frequently alternate between walnut and ebony.

Thoughts on wall mounting these as front and rear height speakers? There's no way to do in ceiling in the room I have.

Up on wall works great. This assumes your receiver supports front and rear height speakers.

I got black & cherry mixed Klipsch RP speakers because I bought whichever one was on a clearance deal.

Front (Right, left, center) & sides: Cherry

subwoofer 1 & 2, Front height, rear height: Black

looks pretty good in person.

If you put them as rear height speakers, or Height 2, maybe because the atmos speakers you have now if on tower speakers and connected to the av receiver properly would be considered the Height 1 speakers or first row of height speakers. Having the atmos on your front speakers and then adding these speakers to the ceiling in front of you would be redundant and likely cause distorted sound.

Just picked up a pair in walnut.
My fronts are Klipsch's in Cherry. Hope the color isn't too far off.

I think it might be too far off to be honest, but you could always wrap it with a different wood pattern.

That was only version 1. Version 2 is slightly better but on backorder until June... so I will wait for another deal to come back (hopefully) and try getting this particular model later...I'd even consider walnut if it comes back for $299.
