No tax and free shipping. The best deal I've seen on this TV. Edit: I submitted this post originally, so why wouldn't I get the credit?!? Really odd to have it taken over by staff.

Wow I had to look back, in 2022 I paid $2600 for a 77" C1, this C4 is a significantly better television (much brighter, 144hz vrr, better processor producing sharper image and better upscaling, improved HDR color and gradient handling, etc.) for $800 less, considering inflation and this is 3 years later, this is a stunning deal. Definitely dont need it but if I were shopping for a 77" oled I'd jump on this.

Stop it. Enough with this outdated information about burn-in. Burn-in is not prevalent anymore. I've had my C2 for over 2 years. It has thousands of hours on it, and more hours than I can count of it just sitting on one image. I seriously leave the TV on and go somewhere for an hour or two, with it sitting on an image of my PS5's static home screen. Zero burn in. The TV dims itself to where you can barely see it. These TVs have so many safety features now, such as screen move, where it moves the screen, unnoticeably, and the display technology has come a long way, in general. Burn-in hasn't been a real issue for 6 or 7 years. My friend was actively trying to get burn-in on his 2018 C9, because his extra 5 year burn-in coverage was about to expire. He still couldn't get it. They've done tests where OLEDs have been left on for an entire year, with no sign of it. Is it still possible to get burn-in? Yes. But it pretty much only happens if you get a bad panel. Every single mass produced product in existence has flawed units.

of course its not, because even after you turn the power off and into standby, the tv still uses power to refresh the pixels.

Microled still costs like 100 grand for a set close to this size. And the pixel refresher uses next to no power. Doesn't really make sense...

I got this deal last time it was around, seller shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. The delivery team was only supposed to deliver to threshold but they carried it upstairs to my living room for me, kudos to them. I later purchased a soundbar which ended up being same seller and another great experience.

I searched before posting and there were no other posts about this deal at the time I posted. It's possible the staff thread was posted at the exact same minute, I suppose, but that seems unlikely. All in all, not a big issue, I'm sure they just wanted to get their affiliate link in. Just disappointing they aren't more honest about giving people credit for creating content for them.
