While this Mac is dated 2014, the processor came out in 2011. It's 14 years old by the time it shows up at your door. This is e-waste at this point.

It's Woot. Therefore, it's Amazon. Garage sale used quality. You might get one that works out of five.

Having had this one and a 2012 at the same time, I kept the 2012 because I could swap the RAM and HDD to an SSD. This one is a lot harder to tinker with and 4 GB is borderline unusable. It's not a terrible price for this though.

With a CPU that comes with no QuickSync? What are you smoking.

Monterey is the latest supported OS for this Mac. I am using one of the same gen as my main computer right now. 2.6GHz 256 SSD/8GB version. I would not recommend this one since it has an old 5400 RPM spinning hard drive not an SSD.

This thing is pretty much e junk. There's nearly nobody that should be buying this. It's old, it's devastatingly slow, and probably can't run anything you want it to. To be fairly priced, it should be $20, with shipping included.
