I'm in Socal (los angeles), and I tried to redeem this last time it was posted and the same thing happened.
Between reinstalling the app, troubleshooting finding which email/password, troubleshooting unsuccessfully to activate offer, then coming here to post about it. I've wasted like 30-40 minutes of my weekend evening. like It feels insulting and makes me dislike Chick Fil A and not go there. Not to mention getting my appetite worked up during that wasted time. Like if other people are getting free crap, and I can't, its obviously gonna affect how I perceive the end experience. Esp when the same waste of time let down has happened multiple times.
