Applied discount gift card got few years back.
I figured it was worth a shot and I was done, but I was transferred to another team that said due to the issue, as a one time exception, they would honor it. So I purchased the Breville Barista Touch Express and they refunded the 40%. So after tax, $682. Very YMMV, but it worked this time, pays to be polite.
