Well the stuff you linked is so-dimm memory for a laptop... So unless you're running a laptop I'd probably go with the team group stuff.

Word on the street as many manufacturers are going to discontinue production of ddr4 memory. Prices are likely to creep up soon so this is probably as good as it's going to get.
