The vast majority of modern electronics don't need sine wave. Unless you have a CPAP machine or a specific medical device that needs it, paying extra for true sine wave is a waste of money.

Got this from Costco on sale for $125 about 2 years ago, so this is a good price compared to that considering inflation.

We've only had a couple of short outages, but during those times it kept the modem, router, and home server running fine.

If you wait for in store deals this (or an extremely similar model) consistently goes on sale for $100 plus tax. I see it once a year (never thought if it's the same time of year or not) at that price, sometimes twice. I bought one two years ago for that price. Seen it on sale again once since then.

Hmm if the power goes out and this activates while my pc is plugged into it.. Can I plug a portable power supply into the UPS so it lasts longer?

This is the price I always see this for in my warehouse unless it is on sale for $100. I saw that price one time and have been waiting until it drops again

Delta River 3 Plus can pretty much do all of the UPS functions... but the answer to what you're asking is yes. The only issue with most existing power supplies is switch over time and putting it in front of the UPS should take care of that issue.

Sam's is 660W. Costco is 900W. Worth the added $30?
