Seems like a great deal on a micro cut shredder. Not that anyone will go through cross cut to reconstruct but still better.
Also huge plus it comes with lubricating sheets.

Anyone used this brand before, how does it compare to Walmart sale thst they have for $23?

There's basically no info about this shredder online, no reviews.
It is a great price for the capabilities it claims to offer.

Well, that's what happens when you try to shred your Amex black card. It's made of steel!

Shredders in this price range I consider throwaways; you use them for a few years until they get decrepit then buy a new one for cheap. I've gotten about 10 years out of my current one with regular use. I did have to repair the optical paper sensor circuit; it drifted over time and needed a resistor added to the driver board to put it back in spec. The 2 things this one has that I like better than my cheapie are the micro-cut and the bin type waste receptacle. Picking up the entire shredder off the bucket type stand every hundred sheets or so to empty it is a bit of a pain.

Many credit cards are steel anymore, it's best to burn them now.

I wish it showed how you empty it, that makes a big difference to me. Some cheap ones like the Amazon Basics one I have make you turn the whole basket upside down and it always makes a mess with little pieces of errant paper landing all over the ground. Higher quality ones have better dispensing systems but this one doesn't show or say how you empty it

You misspelled "12 gauge 00 buck followed by 8# birdshot then gasoline"

This one comes with a bin liner, which I'm guessing is a disposable plastic bag. So the possible setups are a fold-out non-removable bin which sort of requires a bag unless you want to invert the whole shredder to dump it, or a slide-out drawer bin that you can just remove and empty with no bag required. I prefer the latter.

Agreed on the latter, if it had that I'd buy it, but without knowing for sure I probably won't get one. I tried finding this elsewhere on the Internet but the only couple other places I could find it had the exact same pictures and description

Yeah, my experience is very similar. I bought a basic confetti-cut paper shredder from Staples slightly over 10 years ago for $9.99 on sale. It worked fine up until very recently, though pulling off the top to empty the bin was definitely less than ideal.

In the end, I think someone put a metal credit card into it, and that wrapped around the blades and killed it. It was definitely a good run for a $10 shredder, and it would probably be still running if not for user error.

I'm going to give this one a shot. Fingers crossed it works reasonably well.
