Yes. It's a WB movie.

I bought it on Fandango and watched it on Apple's TV+ (app).

If you have a half way decent setup, this is must have on disc imo.

It's one of the few movies that received a reference transfer on both picture & audio!

For future reference, you can use the Movies Anywhere app or go to the website, then type in the name of a movie. If it shows up, it's compatible.

FWIW, it's on sale for $7.99 on VUDU/Fandango At Home for those like me who have stocked up on discounted gift cards (and may not want to install iTunes).

How likely will the visuals alone be significantly better than streaming it? Do most people actually notice? I just have a soundbar setup for audio and trying to limit my physical media purchases, don't really want another huge physical collection of movies again.

I've been waiting for this to hit 5 bucks since I saw it in the theatre on opening day. This is some serious scifi from Denis Villeneuve and friends. My least favorite aspect is that some of the scenes can be unsettling. But you have to take the good with the bad and I am looking forward to watch volumes 1 and 2 in a row on some day that I'm feeling up to it.

Depends on the equipment, if it's good most would likely notice.
Now whether it's significant is a whole other story.

A soundbar doesn't actually fall under good/capable equipment and its easily the huge difference portion of it.

With a soundbar I wouldn't bother, TBH imo I wouldn't even bother with 4k.

Thanks for the heads up. When I click through from the listing on Movies Anywhere, it links to the Bonus X-Ray Edition (https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/d...share_cu_r).

ETA: The Bonus X-Ray Edition does port.

I think buying movies and watching them on AppleTV & MoviesAnywhere is pretty close to disc. Close enough that I'm pretty sure most people wouldn't be able to tell you which is which in A/B testing. I will say I notice MoviesAnywhere seems to preserve the grain in 4K more than AppleTV, but I don't know if that's on purpose by Apple to deliver a cleaner image.

Netflix is pretty bad unless you're sitting at least 6 feet away from your screen.

Probably should get this to watch with my sound system since I watched this on the plane... NGL though, Zendaya kind of ruined it for me. Her acting was so one note.

True. It's just quicker to directly check the MA app.
