For those who are film fans and like to be challenged, it is an excellent film. Excellent acting and cinematography, with a whimsical story that takes the Frankenstein story and replaces it with a heroine who questions society's taboos and mores.
It always astounds me when people are accepting of extreme, grotesque violence, but a human body triggers them. I guess this film, and the reaction it receives from viewers with closed minds, is life imitating art.
That said, I would not watch this with my parents.

I wonder if she was playing someone with Downs Syndrome and an 2-4 year old intellect, people would be ok with all these guys having their way with her.
Basically the same thing but I wasn't offended.
