Lol 20 bucks retail for 1 box of cereal? Its big but still...
I've tried these before and honest to god they were awful and I didn't even finish the box. They're like corn flakes that lack any flavor, get incredibly gritty when chewed, and are also quite chalky. I'd recommend you just mix your milk with some protein powder and enjoy other cereals over this piece of cardboard.
At $0.02015 per gram of protein that's a pretty good deal. It's cheaper than protein powder and greek yogurt.

Not a big fan for these morning cereals. But this one has high protein and moderate amount of added sugar.

I think the 11oz box is like $7 at Walmart. So it adds up.

Premier is a solid middle-tier protein brand and the macros look good *if if if* it actually contains 400g protein per box. I just asked a Q in the review section (on Amazon) if that could be validated.

It does.

30 oz = 850 g ÷ 20 = 42.5 g/serving.

The point is that it's about 50% protein isolate/concentrate rather then all grains. That costs a lot more to produce.

Ty! Bought three. Seems like it won't ship for 1-3 weeks, but these will help me with sweet cravings for me.

Caramel color, natural flavors, sugar. And wheat gluten is number one ingredient. They use to make this with whey protein too

I'll give a try. Recently tried some other protein cereal and have been enjoying it, but I have to let it soak in the milk for a bit to soften up the cereal or else it'll break my jaw lol.
