This is a terrible product. The fact that it's almost inedible despite being high in fat, and is crazy expensive even after the discount, would be forgiveable if it used a good source of protein. This is wheat protein. You'll be better off eating pretty much any cereal you'd actually enjoy and following it with a protein shake with casein (milk or whey) protein.
