The lawsuit needs to go through, Sony and MS pray for an all digital future. If that happens, its over for the consumer. Imagine paying full price for a 5 year old game because there are no other places but psn to buy a game. People say physical sucls. but the same people dont realize that its the only thing preventing Sony and MS from a complete monopoly. Bad time for console gamers.

Decent deals however I believe the class action suit against Sony for their outrageous digital game pricing may make this better if it goes through.

Edit: Purchased Telltale Batman series bundle($11.99) so the gf can play games while I wait for TLOU to hit $20 or ps+ or find a cheap PS4 copy

No, anyone can purchase these at the prices listed -- PS+ is needed for online play though (you can play offline without it)

The class action still needs to be resolved.
